Kansas Food Assistance Program (SNAP)

The Food Assistance Program provides qualifying low-income households with food benefits, access to a healthy diet and education on food preparation and nutrition. Monthly benefits are provided on a Kansas Benefits Card that looks and acts like a debit card. Simply swipe your card at the store when purchasing food, and the cost is electronically subtracted from the card account.
