Services Provided
Parents as Teachers is a FREE home visiting program sponsored by the local school district. The evidence-based program provides timely information about parenting and development, screens children for developmental concerns, serves as a resource link to other services and offers group connection to meet with other families of young children. All enrolled children are automatically enrolled in Dolly Parton Imagination Library and are mailed a book each month.
Hours of Operation
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm and family visits are scheduled to accommodate their schedule, including evenings
Eligibility
ALL families with young children who reside in a participating school district are eligible.
Additional Information
The program is offered twelve months of the year and is free for all families. (Please note that we would like our information in all the counties checked).
